I've worked in pre-school education for over 20 years and Work Out is the very best fitness/fun cd I've ever used. And boy does it get the blood pumping! It's an absolute must for teachers and parents.

I have used this cd with my mixed KS1 class, as warm up and cool down sessions in gym and dance. They know the songs by the early introduction and are singing along as they move. The variety of themes in the songs means there is a new one to learn each time.

I have used this cd in our playschool so many times i am now word perfect! It is so fantastic to see the children run to the dance room and wiggle around to the music. It is so great that i have now ordered copies to play in Australia where i now work. It's a must buy trust me.
